Yes, the cashback amount is up to $5,000.
The cashback incentive is contingent upon the successful sale of your property. If
your property does not sell, you will not receive the cashback.
Absolutely not. The agent pays our fee out of their standard commission rate. By law,
they cannot charge you more or increase their commission rate because you were introduced through Agent
Choice. You receive the exact same rates and service, plus up to $5,000 back.
To qualify, you simply need to compare and select your agent through the Agent Choice
platform. The only restriction is that you must not have had a prior relationship, communication,
introduction, or active engagement with the chosen agent or agency regarding this sale in the previous 90
days.
The cashback rebate is paid directly into your nominated bank account on property
settlement. Once the sale settles and the agent pays our standard referral fee, we immediately process your
share and transfer it within 5 business days.
No Problem! Provided that you haven’t had any written communication, a home
appraisal, or a signed agreement with that agent in the past 90 days, you can connect with your preferred
agent through our platform. However, if you have engaged with them in any of these ways in the past 90 days
of using this platform, you will not be eligible for the cashback.
