Agent Choice receives a standard industry referral fee of 20% from the total commission earned by the real estate agent upon the successful sale of a property referred through our platform. This fee allows us to provide our services to homeowners at no cost — completely free — and enables us to offer the cashback incentive to clients.

All agents are required to comply with our terms and conditions, which strictly prohibit them from passing on the referral fee to you, the vendor. There will be no extra charges imposed on you due to our recommendation.

The Agent Portal is a straightforward tool designed for agents to input their information and accept our terms and conditions for connecting with potential vendors. Unlike our competitors, our Agent Portal operates without a subscription model, and inclusion in the portal does not grant any preferential treatment when vendors choose an agent.

Its primary purpose is to allow agents to log in, submit their details, and agree to our terms and conditions as part of the client introduction process.
